2025 Associated Church Renewal

Annual Affiliated Church fees are due on October 1 of each year. Only churches with dues current will be eligible for the Federal 501(c)(3) IMA group coverage. Failure to pay the dues within ninety (90) days of the due date shall constitute a resignation of Affiliated Church Membership and may require a new application for reinstatement. (By Laws ARTICLE 5: SECTION 3). The Pastor must renew membership before or at the same time as the church in order to qualify for church group coverage.

The recognized pastor's current year renewal must be submitted WITH or BEFORE submitting this form. The IMA cannot process a church's Affiliation without the IMA Recognized Pastor being a current and active member of the IMA.

The IMA is responsible to the IRS to ensure that our subordinates continue to qualify to be exempt. We are responsible to provide information about changes in purposes, character, or method of operation of subordinates annually. The IRS has "criteria" that generally characterizes a church. The IMA must be ready to answer to the IRS for the eligibility of the renewing affiliated churches. In order to continue to be considered eligible to qualify for the IMA 501 (c) (3) group coverage determination, the following questions must all be answered to the best of your knowledge.
